Terms & Conditions

1. Products and Availability

We make every effort to describe and display our products accurately. However, slight variations in colour or finish may occur. All items are subject to availability. We reserve the right to withdraw products at any time.

2. Pricing and Payment

All prices are shown in GBP and include applicable UK taxes. Payment is taken securely at checkout via the options offered on our website.

3. Order Confirmation

Once you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email. This does not guarantee order acceptance. We reserve the right to cancel or refund orders where stock is unavailable or in cases of payment issues.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are usually dispatched within 3–5 business days from the date of order.

Delivery times depend on Royal Mail and the delivery class you select at checkout. Easdale Fashion is not responsible for delays caused by postal services or factors beyond our control once the item is handed over.

5. Returns and Refunds

We want you to love your purchase. If you're not fully satisfied, please refer to our policy below:

Time Frame

You may return your item(s) within 30 days of the purchase date for a refund or exchange. Returns requested after this period cannot be accepted.

Conditions for Returns

Returned items must:

  • Be unused, unwashed, and in original condition

  • Have original tags still attached

  • Be in original packaging, where applicable

We do not accept returns for:

  • Sale or clearance items (unless faulty)

  • Items that are worn, damaged, or altered

How to Return

  1. Email us at info@easdaleisland.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We’ll provide return instructions and, if applicable, a return label.

  3. Return the item securely using the provided label or your own tracked method.

  4. Once received and inspected, we’ll confirm and process your refund or exchange within 5–10 business days.

Refunds

  • Issued to the original payment method

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

Exchanges

Need a different size or colour? Let us know — we’ll try to arrange an exchange, subject to availability.

6. Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If the item has not yet shipped, we’ll cancel and refund your order. If it has already been dispatched, you’ll need to follow the returns process.
