Refund Policy

​We want you to love your purchase, but if you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help. Please read our returns policy below.

 

1. Time Frame

You may return your item(s) within 30 days of the purchase date for a refund or exchange. After this period, unfortunately, we can’t offer a return or exchange.

 

2. Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, items must:

• Be unused, unwashed, and in original condition

• Have all original tags still attached

• Be in the original packaging, where applicable

We do not accept returns on:

• Sale or clearance items (unless faulty)

• Items that are worn, damaged, or altered

 

3. Returns Process

To initiate a return:

1. Contact us at info@easdaleisland.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.

2. We will provide return instructions and, if applicable, a return shipping label.

3. Package the item securely and send it back using the provided label or your own tracked shipping method.

4. Once received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the status and process your refund or exchange within 5–10 business days.

 

4. Refunds

• Refunds are processed to the original payment method.

• Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a fault or error on our part.

 

5. Exchanges:

Need a different size or colour? Contact us and we’ll do our best to arrange an exchange, subject to availability.
